Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the product and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
