Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email info@giftingandbranding.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond with next steps and a return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
